Samson Ngetich is the visionary behind Penzi Farm. Driven by a passion for sustainable agriculture and livestock excellence, he founded the farm with a bold mission: to revolutionize sheep breeding in Kenya through science-backed methods and superior genetics.

Under his leadership, Penzi Farm has grown into a nationally recognized breeding station, specializing in Dorper and Hampshire Down sheep. Samson combines hands-on farm management with strategic planning, ensuring the farm stays true to its values of quality, integrity, and innovation.

Oversees all farm operations including livestock care, staff supervision, and strategic planning. Ensures animal health, organizes farm activities, manages resources, and reports directly to the CEO.

Supports animal health and welfare, monitors feeding/vaccination schedules, assists with deliveries, trains herdsmen, and maintains livestock records for daily reporting.
